Aubrey McDade Jr. is an American Veteran, Husband, Father of 10, Loyal Friend, and Entrepreneur whose valor and dedication to our country have made him one of the most respected figures of our military community. Born in Pasadena, California, Aubrey found his passion for football while growing up in Houston and Fort Worth, Texas. However, after graduating high school he was called to serve in the United States Marine Corps for almost two decades with honor and pride.

During his time in the military, Aubrey received the Navy Cross, a prestigious military decoration granted for valor in combat. This award is the second highest distinction for heroism in combat, and Aubrey is justifiably proud of being among the few African Americans to have received this honor in country’s history.

After retiring from the military, Aubrey put his intangibles to work and honed his business skills at Vari as a Federal Account Executive, winning several awards for his exceptional work. His exemplary reputation gained the attention of former NFL Running Back LaDainian Tomlinson, who appointed him as Vice President of Programs for the Tomlinson Center.  In this role, Aubrey has made a positive impact on the lives of countless young people by providing them with coaching, support, resources, and opportunities that they need.  Aubrey also founded Life Changer 365, an impactful nonprofit program that is specifically designed for young people aged 21 and under who have experienced foster care and/or are fatherless. Aubrey aims to inspire and empower the future leaders of tomorrow by instilling in them the tools needed to positively impact their families and communities, creating meaningful change that will have a lasting impact.

Aubrey’s personal background, which includes facing extreme poverty, the challenges and rewards of military service, fatherhood, and nonprofit work, has inspired him to use his skills, knowledge, and experience to make a lasting difference in the world. He has become a sought-after speaker at events and is widely recognized as an expert in inspiring and training the most talented teams throughout the US.

Today, Aubrey is the founder of Valor Government Solutions, an organization dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction by building the most innovative and brightest teams possible to serve the US Government. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his unparalleled experience in military service and business make him a valued resource to many and he aspires to inspire and lead with distinction.
